- We will send you return instructions and a return label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
